Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensure consistent communication and progress tracking
• Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance
• Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience
• State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing
• Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives
• Ability to work with and learn from top performers
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice-to-haves

• Desire for professional growth and pursuit of designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)

Benefits

• Sign-On Payment Eligibility: $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement
