Responsibilities

  • Pull racked product to the feeding lines.
  • Accurately track racked product to the order it is applied to.
  • Maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company standards and USDA requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Understand and follow line sheets to fill orders.
  • Move wheeled nested racks up to 200 – 700 LBS.
  • Push, pull, and lift up to 90 LBS.
  • Work in a cold environment.
  • Communicate effectively and frequently with Lead and/or Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Report regularly and on time to work as well as work all required hours, including overtime and weekends as scheduled.
  • Understand and follow established rules and procedures as well as accept constructive feedback.
  • Work safely and set an example of good working safe habits.
  • Bend, climb, stoop, and stand as necessary depending on assigned task(s).
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
