In the Wireless Software group, you'll be responsible for bringing groundbreaking wireless connectivity to the world through Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and more. You'll design, develop, and patent the next generation of our state-of-the art connectivity technologies. You'll collaborate across departments to help craft wireless solutions that elevate the customer experience with Apple products and services. The Wireless Technologies team is looking for a strong programmer to join our growing eSIM team. Working as a part of a passionate, driven, and impactful development team, we are searching for a highly motivated software developer to develop some of the most exciting features for Apple's next generation products. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with and share ideas with some of the industry leaders in the space of eSIM and Telephony. Helping touch and impact people's lives like none other, your contributions will help disrupt the industry and pave the future for eSIM and Telephony.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience developing software in C/C++
- Development experiences with real-time operating systems
- Proven experience in writing software for multi-threaded environments
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience of Baseband/eSIM features for consumer products as a plus
- Understand related ISO/3GPP/ETSI standards
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate with multi-functional teams
