Come be a part of this journey! We are looking for a 2025 Summer Marketing Intern (Graduate). Marketing Interns are charged to learn and embody Reynolds creating a better tomorrow. Interns, with the guidance of mentors, are responsible for supporting the company in the sale, marketing, and promotion of its full portfolio of products and programs to adult nicotine consumers. Brand Marketing is essential in building and executing the promotion of our products and offers interns the opportunity to learn about how these areas support our corporate strategy. Projects in Brand Marketing Graduate Level Internships are focused on developing, planning and executing the category marketing mix to drive the delivery of brand value and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develops superior product knowledge and, under manager and mentor guidance, learns about product pricing, sales, distribution, and consumer marketing brand strategies.
  • Actively promotes the marketing mix driving performance against assigned quantitative and qualitative sales goals and brand measures.
  • Develop and present a strategic business analysis project addressing real business opportunities and creating action plans against those opportunities.
  • Completes personal development and training sessions on social styles and adaptive communication.
  • Effectively and appropriately uses independent judgment in making business and strategy recommendations.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a graduate degree with completed coursework in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 21 years or older at the start of the Internship Program.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with no restrictions and safe driving record.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • An action-oriented, innovative leader with strong influencing skills and a drive for results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous sales and/or marketing internship experience.
  • Previous work experience in marketing role.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint.
