The 3rd Shift Hourly Production role involves processing products in a food production environment, adhering to USDA and company standards. Responsibilities

• Processes product using tools and equipment according to USDA and company standards.
• Observes equipment operation and notifies personnel of malfunctions or safety issues.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Assists others with skills and knowledge gained from the position.
• Follows all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies.
• Practices and enforces safe work habits throughout the organization.
• Participates in process improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Follows all company animal welfare guidelines.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, but not required.
• Ability to comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense in problem-solving.
• Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees).
• Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly.
• Good communication skills.
• Good hand and eye coordination.
