We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our oncology-focused prior authorization (PA) solutions. In this role, you will shape products that simplify and streamline the prior authorization process for oncology treatments, improving access to life-saving therapies while reducing administrative burden on providers and payers. You will work closely with clinicians, utilization management experts, engineers, and analytics to design and deliver solutions that align with medical necessity guidelines, payer requirements, and oncology care workflows. This role requires a blend of product strategy, technical execution, and deep empathy for patients and providers navigating complex oncology care.

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for oncology prior authorization solutions.
  • Partner with clinicians and subject matter experts to ensure clinical accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver intuitive workflows for providers, payers, and staff.
  • Define success metrics (e.g., time-to-decision, denial reduction, provider satisfaction) and track product performance.
  • Engage directly with customers (health systems, payers, oncology practices) to gather feedback and validate product direction.
  • Monitor regulatory, payer, and industry changes in oncology PA and update product strategy accordingly.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and implementation teams to drive adoption and market growth.
  • Serve as an internal expert on oncology PA processes, payer variability, and workflow challenges.
  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology.
  • Experience in oncology, utilization management, or payer-provider workflows strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with AI technologies in product development, ideally in clinical decision support, workflow automation, or data-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of prior authorization processes, payer guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical, technical, and business teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment; able to balance long-term vision with near-term execution.
  • Direct experience with oncology pathways (e.g., NCCN guidelines).
  • Familiarity with FHIR, X12 278/275, or payer connectivity standards.
  • Experience working with EHR systems and provider workflows.
  • Generous Paid Time Off: 22 days of fixed time off per year, in addition to company holidays.
  • Best-in-Class Parental Leave: One of the industry’s most generous parental leave policies.
  • Recognition & Rewards: Monetary incentives and company-wide recognition for your impact and dedication.
  • Comprehensive Insurance Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus 100% company-paid short- and long-term disability and basic life insurance.
