About the position

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to serve as a Delivery Manager at Finxera. In this role, you will work closely with a group of smart and dedicated engineers across various teams, including software development, product management, product support, and quality assurance. Your primary objective will be to help Finxera deliver high-quality releases to its customer base. You will collaborate with the development team to build and deploy our solutions using Java, Node.js, Angular, React, React Native, and a host of other cutting-edge enterprise-strength technologies. Your goal is to facilitate the management in delivering top-notch releases while ensuring effective communication among global teams and maintaining customer satisfaction. As a Delivery Manager, you will manage a core and cutting-edge Product Management team responsible for assigned solutions in various stages, from definition to delivery of Finxera products and features. You will act as a bridge between our market-facing Sales and Account Managers and the backend Product and Technology team, ensuring the development and delivery of a world-class suite of financial products. Utilizing agile methodologies, you will define requirements, prioritize features, provide business guidance, and perform acceptance testing for newly developed software products as well as enhancements to existing products. You will also serve as a domain and product expert, working closely with management to define the product and delivery roadmap while ensuring high-quality development and delivery. Periodically, you will present project statuses and functionalities effectively to management, showcasing your strong organizational and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a core and cutting-edge Product Management team on assigned solution(s) in various stages from definition to delivery of the Finxera products and features.
• Act as a bridge between market-facing Sales and Account Managers and the backend Product and Technology team to ensure the development and delivery of a world-class suite of financial products.
• Utilize agile methodologies to define requirements, prioritize features, provide business guidance, and perform acceptance testing for newly developed software products and enhancements to existing products.
• Serve as a domain and product expert.
• Work closely with management to define the product and delivery roadmap and ensure high-quality development and delivery.
• Periodically present project statuses and functionalities effectively to management.

Requirements

• Strong academics with a minimum of 70% or above through Senior Secondary.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related software engineering discipline, or equivalent.
• An MBA in product management, marketing, finance or related field is a big plus.
• Strong project management, business analysis, and software development experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives.
• Basic understanding of lean/agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical abilities and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and independently, strong team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work constructively with developers, QA, Project managers, and management towards a common goal.
• High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customer and our company succeed.
