Responsibilities

  • Represent the end user sales side of the business.
  • Provide proactive maintenance and industry-leading equipment solutions within the Dock & Door Industry.
  • Translate return on investment into sales for the Company and gains for customers.
  • Prospect new opportunities and develop meaningful relationships with Operations Managers.
  • Conduct site surveys to focus equipment sales and improve customer operations.
  • Support product training and educate customers and prospects about products/services.
  • Partner with suppliers on knowledge development and solution opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of direct business-to-business sales experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate cold calling techniques, prospecting, and previous sales achievements.
  • Expert communicator with the ability to speak the customers' language.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to understand technical product application or a strong desire to learn.
  • Knowledge or previous experience in Dock/Door or Industrial sales is ideal.
  • Willingness to be taught, hunger for learning, ambition to close the deal.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is ideal.
  • A clean driving record and a valid Driver’s License for the state of employment.
