About the position

The Account Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the account management team by managing various administrative and project tasks. This position is responsible for tracking client projects, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule, and preparing client presentations. The coordinator will also attend client meetings, document key deliverables, and assist in the development of materials for site visits. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while supporting the overall client management process.

Responsibilities

  • Track client projects and assigned tasks for the account management team.
  • Manage project reporting to ensure due dates and deliverables are on schedule.
  • Attend client conference calls and onsite meetings to document deliverables and follow-up items.
  • Prepare and develop client presentations and materials for site visits.
  • Respond to requests, arrange meetings, and interact with key contacts.
  • Set up and maintain client project tracking reports and processes independently.
  • Coordinate or complete special projects as directed by the manager.
  • Assist manager or staff with complex client projects as needed.
  • Participate in additional client support activities as directed by the manager.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience in a healthcare setting in customer service or account management.
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy and Medical Claims.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software.
