Responsibilities

  • Supporting students during lessons with piano accompaniment for their songs.
  • Participating in faculty or guest artist recitals, master classes, and competitions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in vocal performance required; doctorate preferred.
  • Three years' experience teaching voice lessons.
  • Experience teaching beginning, intermediate, and advanced students.
  • Ability to accompany students on the piano during lessons.
  • Classical training with experience in additional genres such as musical theatre, jazz, and choral.
