About the position

The Administrative Assistant position is a full-time remote role focused on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Customer Care team. The role involves managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Field incoming calls and provide customer service support.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Log data and handle DocuSign documents.
  • Log receipts and route information as needed.
  • Perform phone sales and manage will calls.
  • Send out thank you cards to customers.
  • Assist with restocking company merchandise.
  • Support the sales and production team with various administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain a quiet and professional work environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality in work attendance.
  • Team player with good collaboration skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in Google Calendar, Email, Google Drive, DocuSign, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
