About the position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide non-surgical orthopedic acute injury care at FPN Sports Medicine Specialists in Greenwood, IN. This full-time outpatient role involves collaboration with orthopedic sports medicine physicians, focusing on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction without any call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with orthopedic sports medicine physicians to deliver patient care.
• Provide non-surgical orthopedic acute injury care.
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Manage an average outpatient volume of 7-8 patients per day.
• Perform joint injections and treat common diagnoses such as fractures and musculoskeletal injuries.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification required.
• At least 2 years of orthopedic experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.
