For our innovative Adobe Experience Manager solution driving a billion-dollar revenue, Adobe is looking for a Computer Scientist to join our Engineering team working on AEM Assets as a Cloud Service. We're seeking candidates to help us design, build and run high traffic, high-demand services that drive business for the world's top brands. We are looking for people who are self-starters.

  • Craft and develop responsive, dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
  • Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs.
  • Optimize application performance to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing the best security practices.
  • Work with engineering teams to design, build, and maintain systems and solve complex experience management operations and automation challenges.
  • Review and collaborate on features, technology, architecture, designs, time & budget estimates, and test strategies. Inspire and encourage solution teams to build reliable and scalable services.
  • Keep pace with the evolving technology trends in software development and operations to take advantage of the industry trends and translate them for Adobe.
  • Contribute to DevOps processes to streamline deployment and improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in an on-call schedule.
  • Proven experience in fullstack development with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
  • Prior knowledge of AEM development is a huge plus. Deep understanding of both software engineering and technical operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully implement solutions.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical collaborators.
  • A proactive, ambitious approach with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • A dedication to writing clean, maintainable code and following standard methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area and 8+ years experience.
  • Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets.
  • Pay range for this position is $153,600 -- $286,600 annually.
  • Short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
  • Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
