About the position

Minted is seeking a dynamic marketer to accelerate new customer acquisition via Affiliate Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for a quantitative marketer to further grow Minted's existing affiliate program and introduce new ideas that take Minted to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment, activation and management of affiliate publishers to hit aggressive traffic, revenue growth and new customer acquisition goals across key categories (Holiday, Wedding, Baby & Kids, and Art)
  • Manage end-to-end relationships with Affiliates - from acquisition to support
  • Measure and manage affiliate recruitment, activation, and ongoing engagement metrics
  • Ensure excellent execution of Affiliate campaigns and programs, including project timelines, spend, ROI, promotions, and messaging strategies
  • Analyze performance, and develop and drive appropriate action plans based on conclusions
  • Partner with analytics to improve reporting capabilities/marketing dashboards and develop understanding of related metrics (e.g. LTV, new/repeat mix, etc.)
  • Work with creative team to develop marketing copy and other creative needed to support campaigns
  • Gather insights on performance and create feedback loop to creative partners
  • Build effective working relationships with agencies and vendors and provide direction in executing campaigns
  • Clearly communicate results to executives and other marketing team members - this means succinctly articulating the drivers of over/underperformance
  • Create broad visibility into marketing learnings and impact; develop organization-wide understanding of and enthusiasm for the strategic impact your initiatives delivers to the business
  • Work cross-functionally with category general managers, product, engineering, creative, analytics to unlock new growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of affiliate marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working with influencers a plus
  • Other digital marketing or DTC e-commerce experience a plus
