Affiliate Marketing Specialist

About the position

T-Mobile is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our Affiliate Marketing team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our affiliate marketing initiatives, collaborating across teams to ensure the program's smooth execution and success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, tracking, and optimization of affiliate campaigns.
• Communicate with affiliate partners to support program needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely activation of campaigns.
• Manage reporting workflows and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate offer launches, creative previews, and approvals.
• Troubleshoot ad tags, trackers, and other technical elements to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Contribute to refining workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the affiliate program.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
• Hands on experience with Enterprise-grade digital marketing platforms, ad servers, and dynamic creative tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve campaign or technical issues effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating across teams and with external partners.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
