About the position

The Ag Student Intern position at American Crystal Sugar Company is designed for college students who have completed their sophomore year. This internship provides exposure to various agriculture-related situations and experience in a business setting, focusing on the responsibilities of an Agriculturist. The internship runs from May through August, offering a flexible work schedule that prioritizes the intern's educational commitments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various agriculture-related tasks and projects.
• Learn and understand the job responsibilities of an Agriculturist.
• Participate in on-the-job training and receive guidance from experienced staff.
• Utilize company-issued equipment such as iPads, cell phones, and vehicles.

Requirements

• Completed sophomore year of college in a relevant field.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various agricultural tasks.
• Ability to work full-time during the summer months.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in agriculture or related fields is a plus.

Benefits
