gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users. This is a unique and one of a kind opportunity to serve as an AI strategist to design and drive adoption of the AI within Global Partnerships team. You will first start by identifying ways to drive AI adoption within our existing tools portfolio for greater user adoption that in turn enables us to gather clean and verified data (on partners + deals). You will also identify use cases where AI can drive greater strategic value and execution velocity. You'll drive the development of at least two core AI products - Contracts/Deals Assistant and Partner Search, working with one dedicated AI Engineer and other colleagues.
