About the position

The AM Kitchen Helper at Resort Lifestyle Communities plays a vital role in ensuring a first-class dining experience for residents and their guests. This full-time position involves working closely with the Culinary and Dining Services team under the guidance of the Executive Chef, focusing on food preparation, dining room setup, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and meal service tasks.
• Stock the salad bar and fill refreshment carafes.
• Set tables in the dining room for service.
• Reset the dining room and kitchen after meals by washing dishes and removing trash.
• Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with the culinary and dining team in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the food service industry.
• Knowledge of food preparation and/or dishwashing is preferred, but training is available.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
