About the position

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team! As an Analyst, Americas Marketing Regional Strategy for B2B, you will support areas which are at the core of Hilton's 'commercial engine' and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Regional Marketing Strategy team reporting to the Senior Manager, Americas Marketing Regional Strategy- B2B, you will work on projects including execution of regional wholesale and consortia strategy for Americas hotels, collaborate with partner teams to develop marketing programs and optimize for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop content, messaging, and imagery for wholesale marketing plans and other components presented by a partner.
  • Develop performance reports for assigned marketing plans including monthly recaps of spend and results.
  • Update all tracking tools as part of asset management and communications plan.
  • Update imagery and content of website partners' hotel listings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report on programming and results of strategy.
  • Participate in Global Sales (HWS) meetings with wholesale partners and report on meeting outcomes and opportunities.
  • Engage with global marketing content teams to ensure execution of brand ID and digital assets, finding opportunity to standardize and create efficiencies in asset deployment across channels.
  • Responsible for all creative asset management across wholesale campaigns with important partners for all of Americas hotels.
  • Monitor success of marketing campaigns by managing reports, obtaining proof of performance, and building communications to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of work experience in marketing or wholesale marketing.
  • Experience using data and insights to create presentations.
  • Experience overseeing projects that are integrated with multiple stakeholders or groups.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team.
  • Hybrid work schedule in Miami, FL, Dallas, TX, or McLean, VA (3 days per week in office).
  • Travel up to 20%.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality or related field.
  • Project management experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
