As Marketing Director, you are responsible for managing the marketing strategy of Hotel Terra & Teton Mountain Lodge. You must drive revenue through the delivery and execution of strategic planning, while developing and strengthening alliances and relationships within the marketplace. You are responsible for developing promotional material, implementing annual marketing strategies, and preparing the marketing budget. You must actively participate in marketing promotions, property tours, and customer meetings.

Requirements
- Experience in a similar size hotel (132 rooms) and leading a team of 12.
- Full-service hotel experience, preferably in an upscale independent hotel.
- Keen sense for hiring, training, and coaching great people.
- Dependable, organized, and have a positive, can-do mindset.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and feedback for personal growth.
