About the position

The Equipment Operator I is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of simple automated assembly machines in a clean room environment. This role involves ensuring the continued operation of assembly machines by interpreting machine faults and performing infrequent alignments of stations and fixtures. The operator will produce quality products at established run rates while adhering to safety and operational protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate simple automated assembly machines safely and efficiently.
• Interpret and respond to machine faults to ensure continued operation.
• Perform infrequent alignment of stations and fixtures as needed.
• Read and interpret gauges and dials on equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections of products with and without magnification tools.
• Move and lift objects of up to 20 lbs repetitively during the shift.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing (required).
• 1 year of experience in a cleanroom environment (preferred).
• Ability to commute to Salt Lake City, UT 84123 (required).
