Responsibilities

• Prioritize the hiring and continuous training of all employees.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance with open availability.
• Be proficient in operations including ordering, inventory, schedules, and P&L management.
• Able to attain monthly sales and profit goals.
• Conduct daily bank runs and retrieve products as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of restaurant management operations experience.
• ServSafe Certified.
• Current driver's license and insurance.
