About the position

The Assistant Manager at Domino's is responsible for ensuring that shifts run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to company policies. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all products meet Domino's standards. The Assistant Manager also plays a key role in customer service and operational tasks, including food preparation and delivery management.

Responsibilities

  • Run shifts smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all Domino's policies are followed by employees.
  • Produce all products to Domino's standards.
  • Route drivers on deliveries based on a general understanding of the delivery area.
  • Deliver orders safely and efficiently.
  • Wash dishes and fold boxes as needed.
  • Prepare food for daily usage.
  • Answer phone calls and take customer orders.
  • Handle money and ensure labels are placed on the correct boxes.
  • Assist walk-in and drive-thru customers.
  • Follow all closing and opening procedures, including inventory and bank deposits.

Requirements

  • Experience in a managerial role or similar position.
  • Ability to produce food products to company standards.
  • Knowledge of the local delivery area.
  • Eligibility to deliver orders safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to handle cash and manage transactions.
