The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Integrated Philanthropy Marketing develops and leads execution of all philanthropy marketing strategies to support the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's Division of Philanthropy in reaching fundraising, participation, awareness, and philanthropic goals. This role oversees integrated marketing strategy for the Division of Philanthropy utilizing a multi-channel integrated approach to engage and grow philanthropic audiences. The AVP of Integrated Philanthropy Marketing drives revenue for campaigns and fundraising programs and is adept at utilizing analytics and testing to maintain the health of marketing and digital channels to optimize engagement across all platforms. This role also leads the integrated marketing team in the development and execution of a multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with brand objectives, ensuring all initiatives are audience led and optimized for accessibility and user experience to drive participation and revenue. This position reports to Vice President, Philanthropy Marketing & Communications. The onboarding of this role will include a comprehensive training process which includes completion of online modules, shadowing colleagues, as well as hands-on learning experiences throughout the first calendar year in the role.
