About the position

Gallo is seeking an Associate Manager-Commerce Marketing to join our dynamic team. This position can be performed remotely in various locations including Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, Modesto, or New York City, with travel to our Modesto, CA headquarters as needed. The role involves developing and executing annual marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement across various platforms, including on-premise, retail, and digital channels. You will lead brand activation through Integrated Marketing Planning (IMP) for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer marketing needs. Responsibilities include creating point of sale materials, digital campaigns, partnerships, and managing A&P budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation. The ideal candidate will exhibit intrapreneurship and ownership behaviors, utilizing consumer and customer insights to drive targeted marketing plans, and will work closely with MarComm and Digital teams to create impactful 360-degree programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
• Lead brand activation through Integrated Marketing Planning (IMP) for assigned brands.
• Create point of sale materials, digital campaigns, partnerships, and other marketing collateral.
• Manage A&P budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Utilize consumer and customer insights to drive targeted and effective marketing plans.
• Work closely with MarComm and Digital teams to create cohesive and impactful programs.
• Manage agency relationships and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Gallo experience.
• Required to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, and events up to 5% of the time.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice-to-haves

• Master of Business Administration degree plus 3 years of Gallo brand marketing experience; OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Multiple Gallo marketing rotations.
