Associate .NET Software Engineer

We’re seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver modern applications using Microsoft and JavaScript frameworks. Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy applications using C#, .NET 6+, SQL Server, React/Next.js.
• Apply AI tools and best practices to enhance coding, testing, and delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across industries including manufacturing, financial services, and retail.
• Contribute across the full stack: user interface, database, and services.
• Support third-party integrations and deployment services.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, helping to estimate and plan work.
• Grow your skills through RDA’s Continuous Learning program, which provides a bonus for training goals, learning objectives, and certification exams.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years full stack development experience in a cloud environment using .NET/C# (6 or higher required), React/Next.js, jQuery (for legacy support) and SQL Server.
• Experience integrating AI tools into the software development process.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) preferred.
