About the position

At Palo Alto Networks, you will work closely with marketing, product management, campaigns, industry analysts, sales, customers, and technology partners to deeply understand our target audience, their key security issues, and the competitive landscape. This knowledge will empower you to define our unique value proposition, then drive messaging, content creation, thought leadership, sales enablement, and competitive analysis for the product line that you are responsible for. You will be building and executing plans that cross different functional groups, including product management, go to market, sales, and analyst relations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Establish the unique value proposition and messaging for your product line.
  • Author compelling, high-quality content in various formats including print, web, social media, and video.
  • Launch products and collaborate with field teams to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Enable sales and channel teams to understand and present IPS and Sandboxing.
  • Represent the company in customer engagements and at events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in cybersecurity or with network security technologies (e.g. Firewall, NGFW, IPS, malware analysis or sandboxing).
  • 3+ years of technology product marketing, product management, or technical marketing experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker able to develop and deliver engaging presentations.
