The Integrated Marketing team is responsible for client servicing and strategically activating campaigns including custom content, media sponsorships, influencers, sampling, experiential, and market research to create authentic, meaningful connections with our audience. This department works hand in hand with client partners and the HCM sales, branded content, design, and ad operations teams to bring innovative and cutting-edge Gen Z marketing campaigns to life. Lead the Integrated Marketing team and help facilitate team success, productivity, and morale reporting directly into the senior leadership team (SVP/C-Suite). Directly manage 3-5 senior team members and oversee the broader Integrated Marketing organization of 10-15+ marketers. Manage resource allocation for the Integrated Marketing team, strategically assigning campaign leads and organizational structures, and recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members as needed. Service as the integrated marketing leadership point to client partners and lead by example in modeling exceptional client service and relationship building, successful campaign management, and gaining client trust and renewal business. Oversee the execution of all integrated marketing campaigns across community (influencer, ambassadorships), digital, and experiential service offerings with a strategic focus on campaign renewal and incremental wins. Ensure strategic execution of campaign within set budgets, make decisions on campaign-related expenses, and oversee campaign profitability. Serve as an escalation point for your direct reports and resource for the team as a whole, providing mentorship, guidance, and proactive problem-solving. Continuously develop and hone internal processes, tools and systems that drive efficient campaign development, execution, optimization, and reporting. Lead and oversee implementation of AI tools for operational efficiency. Lead and oversee team of global talent in supporting business operations. Regularly meet with other internal stakeholders to refine cross-departmental collaboration and processes and collaborate with your counterparts in Strategy, Sales, and Planning to provide strategic recommendations and insights in the pre-sale phase. Facilitate solutions to win new business while providing checks and balances and raising post-sale considerations impacting campaign success such as inventory, timelines, and budgets. Be an expert on all HCM ad sales marketing products including branded content, media, influencers, social media advertising, experiential and sampling and help propel further growth and innovation.
