About the position

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join our team, responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic tests on vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for automotive repair, providing direct support to client dealerships for diagnostic software and hardware issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostic tests on vehicles.
• Examine the vehicle's mechanical components and engine through software.
• Identify problems with the vehicle and communicate with vehicle owners about their concerns.
• Provide direct support to client dealerships for diagnostic software and hardware issues.
• Collaborate with module Engineers to identify existing or new issues.
• Provide quick and effective resolutions to dealer's technicians to prevent backlog.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administer open requests.
• Review and validate Technical Service Requests (TSRs) from dealers/technicians.

Requirements

• High School Education or Trade School Certificate.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Support and Technical Assistance.
• Proficiency in automotive hardware and software systems.
• Experience in handling complaints and delivering excellent customer experience.
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in troubleshooting automotive controls and software modules.
• Participation in process improvement projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
