Automotive Sales/Product Specialist

About the position

Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a FULL TIME Sales/Product Specialist to add to our team! The Sales/Product Specialist will assist customers in their car buying journey, ensuring they have the information they need for an enjoyable and easy experience. The position is based in Oak Lawn, IL, and requires a full-time commitment from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and one weekday off. The work schedule includes various shifts throughout the week, with the potential to earn over $100K per year through a base salary.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, or in-person to determine their needs in the buying journey.
• Completing product demonstrations.
• Working with inventory and the acquisition team to assess the market value of customer trade appraisals.
• Determining and explaining purchase terms to customers, including vehicle price, payments, and loan length.
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure their questions are answered and they had a great experience.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years).
• Previous experience in automotive sales.
• Ability to interact with people and explain details in a non-threatening way.
• Problem-solving skills under pressure while remaining calm, courteous, and professional.
