Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage a portfolio of accounts and provide thought leadership to delight the customer.
  • Understand customer business objectives and provide strategic and tactical insights and recommendations for analytic engagements.
  • Manage towards revenue goals and identify mutually beneficial opportunities to build the analytics program with customers.
  • Contribute to the company's overall growth by supporting business development functions.
  • Lead project teams and ensure timely and effective project deliverables.
  • Train and coach new & existing team members, guiding career growth.
  • Develop and deliver action-oriented, insightful analytical presentations.
  • Provide expert consultative advice to customers.
  • Lead and contribute to internal corporate initiatives for scalability.
  • Work closely with the Product Team's Commercial Success function to drive customer adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing.
  • 10+ years of experience with marketing mix modeling, digital media analysis, or related statistical modeling.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize schedules.
  • Experience leading and working with a team developing and presenting presentations using insights derived from analytics.
  • Proven success with customer delivery of advanced analytics programs.
  • Ability to occasionally travel domestically and/or internationally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
