About the position

The B2B Outside Sales Consultant at Equip Up Store, LLC is responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with potential clients in various industries, understanding their procurement needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding the company's market presence through strategic outreach and face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and procurement consultations to showcase our products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing new business deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the procurement and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or technology sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales management and account management principles.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce.

  • Prior experience in upselling and territory management is a plus.
