Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests and assist them in locating specific bakery items.
• Handle special requests and take accurate orders for cakes and custom bakery products.
• Answer phone calls courteously, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Package and price items, maintaining quality and minimizing waste.
• Replenish bakery products to ensure availability and appealing display standards.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, restocking products promptly to meet demand.
• Ensure product freshness by rotating stock and removing outdated items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, shelves, and the sales floor.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain accurate records.
• Honor commitments with regular, timely attendance.

Requirements

• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and all personnel.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.
