About the position

As a Bartender at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting drinks to perfection and providing knowledgeable recommendations on our extensive food, beverage, and wine offerings. This position requires a warm and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safe food handling and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve drinks to guests efficiently and responsibly.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, beverages, and wine to enhance the guest experience.
• Support servers by answering questions about the beverage program.
• Build relationships with guests to generate new sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe food handling during shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of previous restaurant experience as a bartender.
• Experience with an extensive wine and beverage menu is preferred.
• Experience in upscale, polished, or fine dining concepts is preferred.
