About the position

The Bilingual Sales Consultant at Massage Heights is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a therapeutic and spa environment. This role involves engaging with customers, selling memberships and retail products, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting members/guests upon arrival.
• Sell memberships and retail products to enhance customer experience.
• Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records.
• Maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in speaking Spanish.
• Able to recommend and sell memberships and retail products.
• Effective communication skills with members/guests on membership benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Positive attitude and customer service focus.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to work some evenings and weekends.
