BMW Product Specialist

About the position

BMW Seattle is currently seeking a BMW Product Specialist/BMW Genius to join their team. This role involves delivering comprehensive product information throughout the sales and aftersales processes, including vehicle configuration, product presentation, test drives, delivery/handover, and customer service after purchase. The ideal candidate will have an affinity for technology and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support sales representatives before, during and after the sale with focus on the customer product experience.
• Demonstrate key technologies and explain benefits to customers.
• Troubleshoot any customer needs or concerns with tech support.
• Assist in test-drives to explain technologies and features of vehicle to customer.
• Use technologies with demonstration of software, including video product presenter to showcase vehicle configuration in photo-realistic fashion.
• Go under intensive training to ensure up to date knowledge of BMW products and features.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license in good standing is required.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is required.
• Drive for a career in automotive and sales.
• Ability to commute to downtown Seattle with ease (near Lumen Field).
• Must have a passion for technology and able to navigate new systems easily.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous dealership or BMW brand experience is preferred.
