Brand & Marketing/Leasing Specialist (Lease up experience)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and Tour Guests: Enthusiastically greet guests, understand their needs, and showcase the luxury community.
• Manage the Leasing Process: Prepare lease paperwork, conduct credit/background checks, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Marketing: Champion and create local and digital marketing strategies across social media and events.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to residents and guests, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
• Guest Outreach: Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads.
• Lease Renewals: Assist with lease renewals and build strong relationships with current residents.
• Other Admin: Perform administrative duties such as reporting, maintaining leasing files, and processing payments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, Knock, OneSite).
• Ability to fluently read and write English.
• Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.
