About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Representative to join our team. In this part-time role, you will represent one of our clients, engaging with potential clients and promoting brand awareness through social media and event marketing. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, enhancing brand visibility, and driving leads through effective communication and marketing strategies. Training will be provided to help you grow your social media presence and create engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote brand awareness.
• Create social media content using your phone and/or with our camera gear.
• Utilize social media management skills to enhance online presence and engage with the audience.
• Participate in event marketing initiatives to represent the brand at various functions (as an option and with bonuses).
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively in both English and any additional languages (bilingual skills are a plus).
• Utilize public speaking skills to present services confidently in front of diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Strong speaking abilities with a knack for engaging audiences.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in marketing strategies.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in event marketing is beneficial.
• A background in marketing or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
