We are seeking a Full-time Business Development Manager who will focus on driving sales growth and acquiring new customers for MSNW within the defined territory of Washington State, along the I-5 corridor from I-90 south to Olympia, WA. Ideally based in Tacoma, WA, this role requires a self-starter who excels in service sales and has the motivation to achieve ambitious goals in a highly competitive industry. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating and maintaining a robust customer pipeline, and managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to close. The Business Development Manager will actively participate in networking events, conduct site visits, and maintain ongoing client relationships through regular communication and engagement. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and the delivery of high-quality services aligned with client expectations.
