  • Manage and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
  • Coordinate outreach activities and engagement campaigns to promote the Foundation's mission and impact
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date development records and donor databases
  • Provide administrative support for events, meetings, and donor activities
  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and grant administration processes
  • Represent the Foundation and IHFA as a key spokesperson and/or representative at various community events and meetings when applicable
  • Prepare communication materials, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Support and implement strategic business development efforts to enhance philanthropic initiatives
  • Contribute towards and complete sponsor and donor grant applications
  • Execute internal and external reporting functions
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Proven experience in donor relations, fundraising, or development roles preferred
  • Strong digital and research skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
  • Demonstrated professionalism, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Ability to travel required
