About the position

The Business Process Analyst position at Link Technologies is focused on assessing, designing, documenting, and implementing business processes related to new policies and procedures within the policy department. The role aims to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and optimize policy management processes across the organization by creating workflows, gathering requirements, managing project deliverables, conducting testing, and providing training.

Responsibilities

  • Support document discovery, tracking, and project deliverables for revising and transitioning policies to the new PowerDMS system.
  • Support development of public facing documents to meet federal accessibility, plain language, and language access standards.
  • Support development of documents to meet compatibility with program case management systems.
  • Improve public transparency via public facing policies.
  • Improve access to services via public facing vital eligibility documents.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Skilled in process mapping and documentation tools.
  • Experience in policy management, compliance, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
