- Display Family Style Service to deliver the best experience to guests.
- Assist in creating a Strong Team that works together toward a common goal.
- Display a Positive Attitude and hospitality towards team members and guests.
- Interact positively with guests and employees, demonstrating resiliency in difficult situations.
- Handle cash transactions, including cashing tickets and giving correct change.
- Count and record assigned funds accurately and keep the cash drawer balanced.
- Verify and document personal identification for check and cash advance transactions.
- Comply with company standard operating procedures and gaming regulations.
- Ensure superior customer relations and the safety and security of employees and customers.
- Issue player cards and explain benefits associated with the players club.
- Provide information on casino events and promotions, and assist with special events.
- Complete all company-required training within designated time frames.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous cashier or banking experience preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Valid Gaming license.
- Must complete all required company training.
