YMCA Camp Carter is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Camp Sous Chef to join our Food Service team. This part-time position supports the Kitchen & Hospitality Manager in preparing and serving meals for overnight camp, day camp, groups, retreats, events, and other rental programs on our 360-acre property. The Camp Sous Chef plays a vital role in ensuring that guests enjoy nutritious, delicious meals in a safe, clean, and welcoming dining environment.
