About the position

The Car Wash Associate at Super Star Car Wash is responsible for preparing and directing vehicles into the wash tunnel, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness at the location. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Service vehicles with bug spray and prepare them to enter the wash tunnel.
• Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping work as directed by leadership.
• Assist customers with any requests to enhance their experience.
• Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care.

Requirements

• Previous car wash experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Self-confidence and motivation for sales.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Product knowledge.
