About the position

As a Full-Time Caregiver in Memory Care at Mennonite Village, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents in the Memory Care unit. This position involves providing compassionate care and support to individuals with unique stories and experiences, ensuring their needs are met in a safe and respectful environment. You will work the Swing Shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, contributing to a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and excellence in senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential hygiene and general care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and grooming.
• Respond promptly to call lights and ensure safety devices are within reach.
• Monitor health status and communicate any changes to the Team Leader or nurse.
• Aid residents with mobility and engage them in meaningful activities.
• Document care and vital signs accurately.
