  • Provide compassionate, in-home care as directed by the Case Manager
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (AIDLs)
  • Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation
  • Monitor and report client condition changes
  • Maintain documentation and follow agency policies
  • Support clients in living independently, safely, and with dignity
  • Able to work in the United States
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
  • A love for the senior community
  • A compassionate and upbeat attitude
  • Strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior
  • Ability to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
  • Ability to lift 20-30 pounds
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license or state ID
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Willing to maintain skills through continued education
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing per company standards
  • Car insurance preferred but not required
  • Competitive Pay: $13.50/hour (without license), $14.50/hour (with CNA or other relevant license), +$2.00/hour extra on weekends, +$1.00/hour increase at your One-Year Anniversary
