Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up

Requirements

• Valid LVN license
• Valid Certified Home Health Aide certification
• Experience in Home & community care

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance
• CNA, PCA, RN, LPN, LVN, HHA Certification
