About the position

J&R Schugel is seeking CDL-A Regional Drivers to join their team, offering competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities

• Drive safely and efficiently to deliver freight across designated routes.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding transportation and safety.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding routes and schedules.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a tractor-trailer and navigate various road conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with no-touch freight operations.
• Familiarity with in-cab scanning technology.
