The Marshall Area YMCA is seeking a visionary CEO to lead the organization and drive its mission forward, focusing on community impact, innovative programming, and strategic leadership. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the YMCA and enhancing the well-being of individuals and families in the community. The CEO will work collaboratively with a dedicated team and foster partnerships to amplify the YMCA's impact while ensuring financial stability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization through strategic planning and execution.
• Inspire and guide staff and volunteers to achieve the YMCA's mission.
• Develop and implement innovative programs that meet community needs.
• Foster partnerships with local businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits.
• Ensure financial stability and growth through effective fiscal management.
• Oversee community relations and enhance the YMCA's presence in the community.
• Provide leadership to the Board of Directors and staff in establishing programs and policies.

Requirements

• Accredited 4-year college degree or comparable experience.
• Minimum five years of prior experience in a senior management role with a YMCA or similar organization.
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and strengthen community relationships.
• Experience in developing new programs and enhancing existing ones.
• YMCA Organizational Leader Certification required within 5 years.
