Northern Mahaska Specialty Care, a 79-bed long-term care skilled nursing community located in Oskaloosa, IA, is now hiring Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs). Care Initiatives is seeking CNAs to join our compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff.
- Promote a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
- Deliver compassionate and respectful care to all residents.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate certification if relocating.
- Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.
